Our Policies

1. The client shall reimburse photographer(s) for any additional costs they may incur for travel, lodging, parking and other reasonable costs necessary to the performance of these services. (these terms will be discussed before day of actual shoot)

2. The deposit made is non-refundable if the client cancels or changes the session. If the client changes the date of the session after security deposit of original booking date is made, the client will be charged an additional fee for securing the new date ($100) or as well as a cancelation of the date (half of package price). However if the photographer fails to appear at the place and time specified above, the deposit shall be refunded to the client. Under some circumstances (accident, death of family member, etc) can this term be waved. (This will be a decision  and negotiation between clients and photographer)

3. Photographs shall be delivered to the client on a SD card. The Client will receive the images within 4-8 weeks the day after the session is scheduled. Photography will update you weekly on the editing process and let you know if photos will be ready ahead of scheduled time.

4. The client shall assist and cooperate with the photographer(s) in obtaining the desired photographs, including but not limited to specifying persons and/or scenes to be photographed; taking time to pose for photographs at the photographer’s direction; providing a person to guide the photographer to desired persons and/or scenes; pre-shoot consultations, etc. The photographer(s) shall not be responsible for photographs not taken as a result of the Client’s failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation. 

5. During sessions additional bystanders (friends, family, etc.) are not permitted to take any type of professional photography or shadow photographer outside the ceremony and reception unless pre-requested permission is granted by the photographer. 

6. When a client receives their notice of their photographs being completed, the client(s) must schedule a date to review/ pick up photos. If product is not picked up within 90 days there will be a $50 charge added to the account before client receives possession of their photos.

7. Payments are broken up into three parts.

1st payment due: Day of booking

2nd payment due: Day of shoot

3rd payment due: day client receives photos

   8. The photographer retains copyright in the photographs, and hereby grants the client unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the photographs for which the client pays.  Client will also receive a copyright form with all signatures from the photographer(s) allowing them to be taken to stores for printing. However client is not allowed to edit over the original photographs given from the photographer.

9.  Photographer(s) obtains the right to the use any of the images for their own purpose of commercial advertising such as website use or any form of social media.

10. If client fails to pay the agreed upon amount when transaction of photographs and payment are to be exchanged, the client will not receive the photographs or the copyrights until payment is made in full.

11. Lastly if client posts any photos on a social platform please be considerate and give the company credit. It’s more than appreciated.
